This five-hour CPD will educate Padel coaches across three main areas:

• Understand and practice some safe and effective options to coach up to 16 red stage players on one Padel court.
• Explore the main areas where Padel differs to Tennis, and learn to adapt drills and skills accordingly.
• Consider how games and competition opportunities can be maximised to enhance Padel specific skills.
